Cancellation policy: If personal or professional circumstances prevent you from attending the conference, you will be refunded your registration fees less a 10% administrative fee provided that a written refund request is received by midnight AST on April 30th, 2026. No refunds will be granted after this date. No refunds will be granted for the Gala Dinner , cocktail reception or Cultural Event. Written requests may be delivered via email to the conference secretariat at STA-FMS-SVM.Events@sta.uwi.edu.
