Debit/Credit Card offline

You may make payments at the School of Veterinary Medicine. Faculty of Medical Sciences, EWMSC Mt Hope. Monday – Friday 8 am to 3 pm. Please include your name and conference registration number on the receipt.
When completing any wire transfer or online banking form, you are required to clearly state that the payment is for the “AITVM–STVM Conference Registration.”

Invoices for Payment

If you require an invoice to process your payment, please submit the following information to STA-FMS-SVM.Events@sta.uwi.edu:

  • Full name (as it should appear on the invoice)
  • Full address
  • Currency of payment (EUR, GBP, USD, or TTD)

Submission of Proof of Payment

After completing your transfer or credit card payment, please email the following to STA-FMS-SVM.Events@sta.uwi.edu:

  • A copy of your proof of payment, and
  • Your conference registration number from your registration email.

Confirmation of Registration

Your registration will only be confirmed once the above documents have been received and verified by the Faculty of Medical Sciences, School of Veterinary Medicine Conference Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy

If personal or professional circumstances prevent you from attending the conference, you will be refunded your registration fees less a 10% administrative fee, provided that a written refund request is received by midnight AST on April 30th, 2026.
• No refunds will be granted after this date.
• No refunds will be granted for the Gala Dinner, cocktail reception, or Cultural Event.
• Written requests may be emailed to STA-FMS-SVM.Events@sta.uwi.edu.
