Caribbean Beachfood Festival

About

The Caribbean Beachfood Festival (CBF) aims to introduce the local cuisine of small entrepreneurs from throughout the Caribbean to highlight communities, tourism, culture, food and beverage, and products and services manufactured in the region in general and Trinidad and Tobago. The inaugural event was held on March 30 and 31, 2024 and highlighted a series of Tourism, Culinary and Cultural activities.

CBF brings together the best alcoholic and other beverages and epicurean specialties from the top local cooks in the Caribbean Islands and neighbouring mainland destinations. The Waterfront Esplanade is transformed into a food and beverage strip with destination display booths, food stations, drinks and cocktail stations, a Caribbean Fashion catwalk, and a main stage to highlight the region’s cultural offerings.
