We are pleased to announce that for our optional conference tour, we have partnered with HADCO Experiences to offer participants a day of retreat and relaxation at one of Trinidad’s most renowned eco-sanctuaries, the Asa Wright Nature Centre.

How to Book
- Visit Kapok Hotel’s website and click on “Book Your Stay.”
- Select your stay dates: 5–7 May 2026. Please note that the special rate is available for the entire week (May 4th–8th, 2026) to allow flexibility for early arrivals or extensions, should this be required.
- After choosing the dates, select “Special Codes or Rates.”
- Just under the number of persons, there will be a drop-down box. Please select GROUP CODE and enter the booking code OCEANS26UWI.
- The conference rate will then be automatically displayed and applied.

Transportation
