Return Airport Transfers (Optional)
To help make your visit as seamless as possible, and to maximise the safety and convenience of all participants, we are pleased to offer scheduled return airport transfers at an additional cost.
This service provides transportation between Piarco International Airport and Kapok Hotel (conference hotel), and back.
Participation in this service is completely optional. If you would like to book airport transfers, you may add this option during your online registration.
Cost: TTD 756.00 (return transfer)
Important:
After completing payment for airport transfers, please email:
- Your flight details (arrival and departure), and
- A copy of your registration confirmation
to the conference email address: STA-FHEWhereOceansJoin@uwi.edu
Our team will then coordinate your airport pickup and drop-off arrangements accordingly.
