Abstract submission - Closed

Interested persons can submit an abstract of 300-500 words to by January 31, 2020. Abstracts must be submitted in MS-Word format, using APA guidelines, and should include:

  1. The proposal author(s) name, institutional affiliation and contact information 
  2. Title
  3. Sub-theme to which it applies
  4. Method
  5. Findings (if any), and
  6. Implications for developing academic advising and mentoring models within Caribbean institutions of higher education.

Publication possibilities

Students selected to participate in this two-day symposium will be assigned mentors to assist them with their presentations and with the writing of their paper for possible publication.


The selected presenters will be invited to submit a full paper for inclusion in a special issue of the Caribbean Educational Research Journal (CERJ).
