Special Accommodation Rates for Registered Conference Participants will be made at the Mt. Irvine Bay Hotel & Resort from 5th-8th May, 2020 (minimum stay 2 nights)
Participants will have a choice of the following rooms based on availability-
Superior Rooms (air condition, cable television, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, iron & board, balcony/patio)
Single Occupancy @ US$145/TT$969 or Double Occupancy @ US$167/TT$1137 per room per night
or
Superior Cottages (air condition, cable television, coffee maker, iron & board, lounge area, mini fridge and wet bar)
Single Occupancy @ US$230/TT$1563 or Double Occupancy @ US$255/TT$1730 per room per night
or
One Bedroom Executive Deluxe Suite (one bedroom, plus one lounge area, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies,
a mini fridge and coffee maker) (Note: Only 4 Suites available)
Single Occupancy @ US$202/TT$1370 or Double Occupancy @ US$235/TT$1593 per room per night
*Maximum Persons sharing a Room are 2Adults/2Kids (below 15yrs) OR a third adult
Extra Adult Person sharing @ US$45/TT$295 per person per night

*Airport to Hotel by 24-Seater Maxi Taxi @ TT$600.00 (one way) per maxi.
*Airport to Hotel by Car @ TT$80.00 (one way) per car.
CONTRACT POLICY & PAYMENT:
To have a booking confirmed and to guarantee/block rooms on the dates requested, it is requisite that one (1) night’s deposit for each Room to secure space/dates along with a signed copy of the proposal by the 2nd December, 2019.
Reservations Pay/Cancellation - One (1) month before Arrival Date for a reimbursement on one (1) night’s deposit paid.
PAYMENTS:
ONLINE
Participants who register and pay online will be presented with a registration confirmation page which will display details on how to access the discounted rates for Mt. Irvine Hotel.
OFFLINE
Participants who register offline will receive an email with details on how to access the discounted rates for Mt. Irvine Hotel once conference payment is confirmed.

Deadline/Cut-Off date for any Room Reservation Booking will be on the 3rd March, 2020.
