Born in St. Elizabeth to Deaf parents, he brings a deeply personal perspective to his work, shaping his commitment to advancing accessibility, inclusion, and equal opportunities for Deaf individuals across the Caribbean.
As the CEO of Ready to Sign, Andre leads initiatives that provide professional Jamaican Sign Language (JSL) training and interpreting services, supporting organizations in building more inclusive and accessible environments. His work bridges communication gaps and strengthens engagement between Deaf and hearing communities.
Andre is widely recognized for his dedication to youth empowerment, mentoring Deaf individuals to develop leadership, confidence, and advocacy skills. He has collaborated with various organizations to promote awareness, cultural understanding, and meaningful inclusion.
