All Presenters at the Caribbean Deaf Education Conference July 22nd to 25th 2026 must confirm their participation in the conference by May 31st 2026.
All delegates at the Caribbean Deaf Education Conference July 22nd to 25th 2026 must complete their registration by July 1 2026. Persons unable to register by July 1, 2026 and still planning to attend the conference may still register at the UWI Bursary or at The Republic bank (clearly indicating the conference account on the deposit slip).
*Important Notice as the conference approaches:
1. Persons wishing to attend the pre-conference workshops must email the conference official email: sta-cdec@uwi.edu to register for the workshops on July 22. Spaces are almost filled and preference will be given to educators and parents. You must be registered for the conference and the workshops in order to attend the workshops.
2. Registration for the conference and for the social dinner at School of Education closes on July 20, 2026 at 4:00 pm. Thus, the Touchnet portal will also be closed at the end of the business day of July 20, 2026. However, persons may register onsite to attend the conference on the conference days for all 3, 2 or 1 day, but there is no guarantee that lunch will be provided as this facility must be arranged well in advance.
3. Remember the Deaf Expo-Fair on Saturday July 25th from 1:00pm to 5:00pm is free to everyone.
