Virtual Conference / Paper Presentations of the IConETech-2020 due to COVID-19

The Organising Committee for the IConETech-2020 would like to wish you the very best during these challenging times. We want you to know how much we value and appreciate you as part of the IConETech-2020 fraternity during this tough time, with the challenge of COVID-19, we wish you and your loved ones remain safe and secure. The effects of the global pandemic COVID-19 are in stage-3. Out of an abundance of precaution for the health and safety of the community, as per the instructions of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, the host country for the IConETech-2020 is still under lockdown and stay at home orders.

In view of the above and keeping the COVID-19 situation in mind, the conference organising committee has decided to conduct the conference/paper presentations virtually during June 1st - 5th, 2020. We will update this conference website from time to time and also any key information will be circulated by email. All authors, presenters and conference attendees are asked to periodically check the website and their emails for updated information.

The International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering & Technology (IConETech-2020) aims to bring together leading research scientists, innovative engineers, and environmental policy experts to share their experiences, research results and entrepreneurial methodologies on fundamental developments in science and engineering concepts and their contemporary applications in technological advancements in the 21st century. Considering the need of an interdisciplinary approach to resolve the issues, the goal of the conference is to provide a platform to researchers in varied disciplines to attain the highest sustainable economic growth and employment and a rising standard of living, while maintaining financial stability nationally and globally. Along with the special research outputs to be presented, the conference features keynote talks from international and national delegates, poster competitions, workshops, plenary sessions, engineering exhibition and island tours.

The conference outcomes will be disseminated at various levels through publications in the form of proceedings and peer reviewed special issue journals. The best selected papers presented in the conference will be awarded “Innovative Engineering Prize” instituted by various professional organisations of the Caribbean region.
