Registration Terms and Conditions

Please note the following:

  • Registration will only be considered completed upon receipt of Registration Form
  • For submission of the registration form, you will need your Receipt/Transaction Number which was issued upon payment of the appropriate fees
  • For Presenters, in addition to the above Receipt/Transaction Number you will also need to provide your Paper Reference Number which was emailed to the corresponding author upon acceptance of your abstract
  • Students registering will need to provide proof of current enrollment at a tertiary institution
    by using any one of the following:

 Valid Student ID
 Letter from your institution
 Current Registration Slip/Status


Late Registration for Local participants arriving at the conference without pre-registration are welcome to participate depending on the availability of the space. Payment will be required upon arrival, and will also be subject to a late fee of $100 TT on the relevant registration fee.

 

Registration Cancellation Policy

Delegates who cancel on or before March 6th, 2020 will be refunded 50% of the total of their registration fees. The refund will be made after the conference. There will be no refund for any cancellation after March 6th, 2020.

International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering & Technology (IConETech-2020) regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. If a participant is unable to attend the Conference, a substitute is welcome to attend at no extra charge.

Please advise the Conference Secretariat on full details of a substitute delegate in writing. Substitution or transfers cannot be made between different registration types (for example Academic registration to Student registration).

International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering and Technology (IConETech-2020) reserves the right to cancel any event with reasonable discretion. In case the Conference committee must cancel the entire event, all monies will be refunded as per the conference policy after March 15th, 2020.
