Conference delegates will have access to a special negotiated conference accommodation rate at the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club during the conference period.

Conference Rate

Delegates will receive a subsidy toward the cost of a standard Fairmont room.

The contracted conference rate is USD $519 per night. With the subsidy applied, delegates will have an effective room cost of USD $300 per room, per night, including applicable taxes, gratuities and resort levy, for eligible nights.

What this means for you:
Eligible delegates can receive a USD $310.86 subsidy toward each eligible night, for up to four nights from November 17–20, 2026. The subsidized rate is available for up to four eligible nights: November 17, 2026, the night before the conference, and November 18, 19 and 20, 2026, during the conference.

For a full four-night stay, the total subsidy is USD $1,243.44.

Please note: The amounts above show the subsidy only. Hotel taxes, gratuities, and any incidental charges are not included in this breakdown and may be charged separately.

If the actual hotel room rate is higher than the subsidy, the delegate would pay the remaining balance after the subsidy is applied.

Important Booking Information

The full contracted hotel rate will appear during the booking process.

  • The required one-night non-refundable deposit will be based on the full hotel rate.
  • The Health Council subsidy is separate from the hotel’s rate and will be processed on the back end.
  • For eligible stays in a standard Fairmont room from November 17–20, 2026, the subsidy will result in an effective room cost of USD $300 per room, per night, excluding incidental charges.
  • The subsidy applies only to eligible nights and actualized stays, subject to the stated terms and conditions.
  • Upgraded room categories and additional nights are not fully covered by the subsidy.
  • Any incidental charges, room upgrades, or additional taxes, gratuities and resort levies resulting from a room upgrade are the responsibility of the guest.

    • Head south on Front Street toward Cedar Avenue.
    • Turn left onto Burnaby Street and continue until you reach Victoria Street.
    • Turn right onto Victoria Street and follow the signs to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
    • The total distance is approximately 0.5 miles, and the journey typically takes 5–8 minutes, depending on traffic.
    • Visitor parking is available at the hospital.

    • From Hamilton Princess, head south on Front Street toward Cedar Avenue.
    • Continue straight and turn left onto Burnaby Street, then right onto Victoria Street.
    • Continue along Victoria Street until you arrive at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
