NOTICE: 

1. Please be advised that photography and videography will take place throughout CHeF’17 and will be conducted exclusively by personnel authorised by the conference organisers.
2. By registering for and/or attending the conference, participants acknowledge that they may be photographed or recorded.
3. Such images and recordings may be used for documentation, archival, promotional and communications purposes across official UWI, The Bermuda Health Council and Conference platforms, publications and other communication channels, subject to applicable data protection and privacy laws.
4. Unauthorised photography, filming or recording for business/commercial use is not permitted without prior approval from the organisers. 
5. Participants are permitted to take photographs and videos for personal, non-commercial use, provided that such activities do not disrupt conference proceedings, infringe on the privacy or rights of other participants, or capture presentations or discussions without permission.
