Dr. C. Thompson is a lecturer in the School of Education, UWI, Mona and head of the Caribbean Centre for educational planning. He is a co-founder of the Caribbean Leadership Re-imagination Initiative and a newspaper columnist. His research interests are in the areas of leadership, accountability, educational strategic planning, and Philosophy of Education
