Conference Venue and Accommodation

The venue for the Conference is the Magdalena Grand Beach and Golf Resort in Tobago. Sixty (60) rooms have been reserved at the Resort/Hotel for persons attending the Conference. It is recommended that you book your accommodation early in order to benefit from the special rate.  

 

Booking Accommodation

When booking your accommodation, it is necessary to indicate your participation in the Conference to be eligible for the special rate of US$228 per night (equivalent to TT$1459.20) which is applicable for up to three (3) days before and three (3) days after the Conference. Please be informed that this rate is not available online. All reservations are to be made by calling the resort directly at (868)-660-8500 or by emailing reservations@MagdalenaGrand.com. You are required to use the code 1411UWICAR to make your reservation to be eligible for the special rate.

 

The special rate includes:-

• Single/double occupancy accommodation (for up to two (2) adults and one (1) child)
• All taxes
• Buffet breakfast
• Wireless internet access
• Access to hotel amenities

The special accommodation rate is effective until October 27, 2014.

 

Conference Meals

The Conference host will cover the costs of refreshments, lunch, cocktails and the formal dinner.

 

About the Magdalena Grand Beach and Golf Resort
