Rates are single occupancy and include breakfast and taxes. For double occupancy add $25 USD. 
Please note that only standard and deluxe rooms are double occupancy.
The above rates are already discounted and are valid during the week of the conference. Bookings must be made by January 16th 2019. 
To book a room at the University Inn, please follow the steps below:
1.    Send a booking request to Ms. Bephyer Parey at bephyerparey@hotmail.com to check for availability of your choice
2.    Await her confirmation of room type and number of nights, and an invoice for payment
3.    Pay online to reserve your room at available rates. The link to pay is https://secure.touchnet.net/C24203_ustores/web/classic/store_main.jsp?STOREID=52&SINGLESTORE=true where you can choose the accommodation by room type.
4.    Receive confirmation of payment
5.    Send payment receipt to Ms. Parey via email to complete your room reservation.

The rate inclusive of taxes per night is US$189.97.

All rooms come with a complimentary breakfast each morning, free WiFi access throughout the building, 24 hours business center, gym and outdoor swimming pool. The hotel offers complimentary scheduled Airport shuttle services, as well as shuttle services to the nearby Mall (Trincity Mall) for purposes of shopping or purchasing meals outside of breakfast. There is a salad/sandwich machine provided by Presto Selects in the common area should guests wish to purchase items without having to leave the hotel.
