REGISTRATION FEES

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION RATES (ENDS May 31st, 2023)

Individuals who register by May 31st, 2023, can access the Early Bird registration rate. The Online Payment link will appear at the bottom of this page when registration opens in April 2023.

Student Rates

(copy of Student ID must accompany registration payment receipt and Student ID must be produced at the conference)

Conference registration (NO workshops) - $180.00 USD

Workshop registration (per workshop) - $60.00 USD

You may register for only one workshop per day.

 

MMIRA-CC Member Rates

Conference registration (NO workshops) - $220.00 USD

Workshop registration (per workshop) - $70.00 USD

You may register for only one workshop per day.

 

Non-Student/Non MMIRA-CC Member Rates

Conference registration (NO workshops) - $260.00 USD

Workshop registration (per workshop) - $80.00 USD

WORKSHOPS

Registered individuals may select up to three workshops (ONE workshop per day). There are limited spaces per workshop so workshop registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis, until filled.  A $10 US discount will be applied for the third workshop. Be sure to register early!

Special – One-Day Conference plus 1 Workshop ($100USD)

Based on request we have decided to create a special offer for participants to attend the conference for one day (Monday 10th July, Tuesday 11th July OR Wednesday 12th July plus, ONE workshop for $100USDThere are limited spaces per workshop so workshop registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis, until filled. 

 

BONUS - Distinguished Guest Lecture

This year, we are privileged to have two of our keynote speakers facilitate a special lecture. Anthony Onwuegbuzie and John Hitchcock will enlighten us on, "Seven Pillars to Advancing Full(er) Integration in Mixed Methods Research: A Procedural, Process, and Philosophical Justice Approach".
The lecture will take place at the School of Education Auditorium on Tuesday 11th, July 2023, 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Seating in the Auditorium is limited and accessible ONLY through registration. If you wish to attend the lecture and receive your invitation. Click here for more information.

 

Group Rates

Institutions (academic and non-academic) that wish to register 3 or more participants may request a GROUP DISCOUNT RATE. Email your request indicating the institution’s name, the number of persons to be registered, and the relevant registration package to Dr Sharon Jaggernauth at mixedmethodsconf2023@sta.uwi.edu with email subject: CONFERENCE GROUP RATE

Conference Registration Fees Include:

  • Full access to the conference on all three days
  • Refreshments on all three conference days of the conference

Individual Workshops

There are limited spaces in each workshop for individuals who wish to attend a workshop without registering for and attending the conference. Individuals may register for only one workshop per day, at a rate of $100 USD per workshop.

Payment Deadlines

Participants arriving at the conference without having pre-registered are welcome subject to availability and the regular registration rate. Payment will be required upon arrival.

Pre-registered participants arriving at the conference and who have not paid registration fees are welcomed at the conference. Seating in the Auditorium and attendance at workshops will be subject to availability. Payment will be required upon arrival via Linx or Credit Card.

Cancellations

If a participant is unable to attend for any reason, they may substitute by arrangement with the Conference Organizer for someone else to attend in their place. Where a participant is unable to attend and is not able to transfer his/her place to another person, a refund request MUST be sent in writing to the Conference Organizer before June 15th, 2023, in order for the refund to be processed. No refund requests will be accommodated after the stipulated date.
