Please send your request indicating the institution name, the number of persons you are registering and for which package, to entitle you to access this discount. PAYMENT DEADLINES 
Participants arriving at the conference without having pre-registered are welcome subject to availability. Payment will be required upon arrival, and will also be subject to a late charge on the relevant registration fee.

CANCELLATIONS 
If a participant is unable to attend for any reason, they may substitute by arrangement with the Conference Organizer for someone else to attend in their place. Where a participant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, a refund request MUST be sent in writing to the Conference Organizer before  February 28th, 2019 in order for the refund to be processed. No refund requests will be accommodated after the stipulated date.

All payments MUST be accompanied by a completed registration form and a copy of your student ID where applicable.

On-Site Payment Information 
Fees are payable at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Bursary prior to the Mixed Methods Conference 2019. The account number for the conference is 13065-1352, and must be quoted at the casher. ALL CASHIER RECEIPTS MUST BE SCANNED AND EMAILED TO THE SECRETARY sandradeed.george@gmail.com or to vimala.kamalodeen@gmail.com.
