Ingrid Hunt-Anderson is an adjunct lecturer at the University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona, Jamaica where she obtained her Doctor of Philosophy, with High Commendation, in Educational Psychology. Hunt-Anderson served the Mixed Methods International Research Association - Caribbean Chapter (MMIRA-CC) for the period from 2017 to 2021 as both Co-Chair of the Marketing and Communication committee and then as president from 2021 to Aug 2022. She now continues to serve on MMIRA-CC’s Advisory board and is currently Marketing Chair and board member of MMIRA-CC’s parent body, Mixed Methods International Research Association (MMIRA). Hunt-Anderson also sits on the Editorial Board of the Caribbean Journal of Mixed Methods Research (CJMMR) and is guest Editor of the Caribbean Journal of Education’s (CJE) special issue (2023) on Transformational Research. She has facilitated and presented many Mixed Methods research workshops, webinars and events and is a published author with special interests in the development of creative tools and strategies for enhancing teaching and assessment in Caribbean classrooms; methodological innovations in mixed methods research in education and psychology and, the advancement of transformational agendas to garner social justice and sociocultural reform in Caribbean schools.
